Abstract: 

贋復材料的選擇對於美觀的和諧、病患的滿意度都有決定性的影響。
複合樹脂與陶瓷是美學牙醫最常使用的材料,因此對於材料光學性質的理解與掌握顯得格外重要。材料的光學性質包含顏色與透光度,二者息息相關,也與贋復物底下的材料特性有關聯。

本課程會在實證醫學的理論下,提供大家臨床上複合樹脂與陶瓷材料選擇的建議。同時會介紹,如何簡單地將透光性納入牙齦型態的判斷。

The dental professional works with various restorative materials. Material selection is critical to establish esthetic outcome and to obtain patient’s satisfaction. Composites and ceramics are the major material for esthetic dentistry, and it is important to understand the optical properties of each material, such as color and translucency. Optical properties of “color” and “translucency” are closely related each other and also associates with underlying materials.

In this lecture, clinical tips on material selection on composite and ceramic in daily practice will be provided based on scientific investigations. Also, an easy method to determine gingival phenotype regarding translucency will be introduced.

Learning Objectives: 

學習複合樹脂層與層間的比色、氧化鋯的透光性質及邊緣牙齦的透光性。

1. Learn about the shade selection of composite; blending effect matters.

2. Learn about the translucency of zirconia; zirconia is not opaque.

3. Learn about translucency of marginal gingiva.
