課程綱要：
在文獻中，植體的立即乘載已被廣泛地討論，許多醫師在臨床上並不能接受這種概念。這堂課程會專注於臨床上的實際情況，幫助醫師在局部以及全口缺牙的患者身上實行立即乘載的治療，同時也會談到什麼狀況下不適合做立即乘載。

2.按部就班地學習在美觀區和全口齒列中的單顆植牙立即乘載所相關的手術技巧以及贋復方式。
Abstract: While immediate loading of implants has been widely discussed in the literature, many clinicians have not adopted the concept in their clinical setting. This lecture will focus in practical elements to help guide the clinician to implement the immediate loading concept for partial and fully edentulous patients and when not to do it.
Learning Objectives
1. Participants will understand the concept and clinical scenarios on when to perform immediate loading in partial or fully edentulous patients.
2. Participants will learn step-by-step surgical and prosthetic approaches for immediate loading of single implants in the aesthetic zone and in full edentulous sites.
簡歷：
Dr. Emilio Arguello dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where he also received his specialty training in periodontology, and Masters of Science degree. Dr. Arguello is Board Certified and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
He conducted extensive clinical and basic science research in periodontology at The Forsyth Institute and Harvard University for the last 15 years where he has been part of a global leading team in research in the field. He was a recipient of a National Research Award from the National Institutes of Health NIH in addition to four other NIDCR- National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research grants; he has published and presented his clinical work and research extensively nationally and internationally. In addition, he serves as a peer reviewer of the Journal of Peridontology(JOP), the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry(IJPRD) and serves in the scientific committee of the academy osseointegration (AO).
Dr. Arguello has been the CEO of multiple organizations dedicated to education, he holds faculty appointments in universities through the United States, Mexico and Europe and he has been a core faculty of the Postgraduate program of Periodontology at Harvard University since 2005 where he has trained multiple generations of specialists that now occupy leading positions in universities and organizations through the world. He has been a keynote speaker for the leading implant companies in the world for many years while maintaining a private practice limited to periodontics and implant dentistry in Denver CO.
