❏ 課程大綱：

當置入人工牙根卻離鼻竇太靠近時，鼻竇增高術是個實用的解決方式。由骨脊進入的鼻竇增高術越來越受歡迎，各式各樣的技巧以及器械也隨之面世。本堂課程首先會先回顧骨脊向鼻竇增高術的技巧以及裝置，之後會倡導一些改良的新準則和回顧一個臨床的動物體外實驗，此實驗中比較了兩種不同的手術方式。從骨脊方向進入修復破損上顎鼻黏膜的技巧也會詳加討論。

❏ Abstract:
Sinus elevation procedure has been a treatment solution for the sinus proximity issues upon implant placement. Crestal sinus elevation has especially become increasingly popular, along with a variety of techniques, devices and instruments since it has been introduced. This lecture will first review the crestal sinus elevation techniques and devices, further propose some modified and new protocols and review clinical approaches based on an ex vivo animal study comparing two different surgical techniques. The technique to repair Schneiderian membrane perforation upon crestal approach will be discussed as well.
